PILATES

Pilates is one of the most sought after exercise modalities nowadays due to it extensive list of health benefits. It is used to improve body and core strength and also as a rehabilitation tool. Our Pilates instructors have extensive experience delivering Pilates classes on both Matwork (floor) and on Reformer machine.

We offer individual Matwork sessions, group Matwork classes (corporate) and Individual Reformer sessions* packages. All sessions are 1hr long. Please check out our pricing & plans page for more information on prices.

The packages are sold in blocks of 5 or 10 sessions. Training days are to be organised between the client and M.E.P.


The service is a a mobile service (Perth Metro).
